This was a chocolate cake filled and iced with Italian Meringue Buttercream and covered in Satin Ice. The top is a cookie that I hand cut and iced in color flow. I got the idea when I ran across an absolutely GORGEOUS cake on flickr by an incredibly talented lady -*Montreal Confections*- You have to check her out ! |
